Helping make the Advanced Energy Conference a premier gathering

The Advanced Energy Conference is North America’s preeminent energy event. Speakers and attendees learn about energy research and development in renewables, batteries, and other energy technologies that are realizing their potential as vibrant sectors of the economy. These conferences attract attendees from every segment of energy research, policy, and business, with the participation of leaders and executives from all organizational levels.

Along with Stony Brook University, we planned the Advanced Energy Conference (AEC) to explore new energy technologies and connect industry leaders. We aim to spark the development of amazing clean energy solutions. Held in the exciting heart of New York City's Times Square, AEC invites potential investors to see the latest progress and meet the key people who are shaping the future of energy.

To make this happen, our partnership with Stony Brook University, the event sponsor, was crucial. Our design team created a variety of materials to fit our goals, like a detailed conference website, webinars, social media posts that get attention, interesting brochures, email campaigns, and printed flyers to effectively promote the event.
